ABOUT
Noah Offitzer is an award winning artist with a foundation in classical drawing. His passion for classical art led him to study full time at the Grand Central Atelier’s acclaimed four year program. Since, Offitzer has won awards and scholarships for his artwork and has shown in galleries and shows around New York City. Noah began his tattoo career after apprenticing in a private studio in Brooklyn. He currently tattoos in NYC and specializes in black and grey.
